Quality assured at Tri-Line

Tri-Line has leap-frogged into the top 3% of UK companies whose commitment to service quality has been recognised, with the coveted ISO 9001 certification.

ISO, the world's top quality benchmark, is awarded by an independent body only after a series of stringent quality assessments has been completed. The award recognizes Tri-Line's position at the forefront of quality services and customer care in the UK telecoms industry. Only 3% of UK companies achieve full ISO certification.

Kay Tobin, Tri-Line's Commercial Director says: "We have always been proud of the service we offer; in fact the success of our business model completely depends on outstanding service. Thanks to this award, our service has now been endorsed by outside experts who judge service on a daily basis across a wide variety of trades and industries."

Alan Beale, who undertook the assessment for authorized trade body Certified International Systems, paid particular tribute to the investment in people, training and technology that enables Tri-Line to provide such a uniquely amazing service to their customers.
