Call Centre & Customer Services Summits 2010

The Call Centre & Customer Services Summits are specifically organised for senior managers and directors who are directly responsible for the procurement of their call centre and customer service equipment and related products and services.

These invitation-only events will be held on 15-16th March and also on 11-12th October 2010 at the Radisson SAS hotel, Stansted Airport. The events are designed to allow suppliers and senior industry figures to network and look at how they can embrace innovation and technology as a positive and commercially-viable business enabler.
