Billing Report

This report is used when you need to produce a telephone bill for a client or group of clients, for example in a business centre, a hospital, hotel or between your company's departments.

Bills can be run on an ad-hoc basis or scheduled for auto-delivery at a future date.  All bills can include a percentage or fixed-charge markup.

All bills can be customised to include your own header and footer (which can include your logo).  Bills can also be run as a summary report or as a detailed report with each call itemized.

Organisation Drill-Down

A powerful, fully-clickable report which begins with a complete summary of all departmental activity with totals.

By simply clicking on the department you're interested in, the report zooms in to show the same summary information for each individual extension in that group.  Zoom in further to a particular extension to see a detailed itemised list of all call activity on that extension.

Trunks Busy Report

This breaks down each business day into half-hour periods, showing the maximum and average number of concurrent phones in use during any particular half-hour.  Standard filters apply, so you can choose to concentrate on only incoming or only outgoing calls, or exclude weekends so as not to distort your figures when traffic may normally be low.

Call Geography

Availability

TIM Professional reports can be ran from either the application console, or via it's built-in web server.

Users can be given access to all the available data, or restricted to departments by identifying themselves with an allocated login.  Reports can then be ran off quickly, and easily by filtering the data through the interface, or set up on a regular schedule.

Delivery

All reports can be run on an ad-hoc basis, or scheduled at regular intervals and delivered to one, or many users.  Reports can be scheduled to run using a fixed period (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).

TIM Professional can deliver scheduled reports in different ways.  All reports, can be scheduled using the following method:

To a file

The filename can include dynamic variables such as date and time, and can be on a local disk, or a network share.

By email

Multiple recipients can be defined, and the report can be included in the body of the email or attached to it.

To a printer

A local, or network printer, can be used to print off a hard copy of your reports.
