Daily Activity

Introduction

This report allows you to see day-to-day listings of call volumes in and out of your organisation.  This report is ideal for organisations whose call traffic fluctuates throughout the year, allowing them to easily spot peaks and troughs and plan their staffing requirements accordingly.

Features

The report allows you to see the daily call activity at a glance, breaking each day down to show call volumes, response times and average call durations for all inbound, outbound and lost calls.

To drill-down and get a more detailed breakdown of calls for any day, simply click on the date alongside.

Options

In order to report on a particular extension group, the report's parameters can be preset to begin on this extension group, rather than a full summary of the whole organisation.  This is especially the case when a user with restricted access rights wishes to run the report.

You may also choose to exclude weekend calls and transferred calls and limit the time period e.g. 09:00 - 17:30
