We provide on-site installation for our entire product range.  As the products vary in complexity this is usually quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Our daily rate for engineering is 375 +VAT.  An accurate written quote can be provided when your actual requirements are determined.  Normal installation times for our products are shown below.

Please note that some of our products require that we install them ourselves, others you can do yourself with our guidance.

Our normal lead times for service delivery are shown here for our most popular products.

 

TIM - Call Logging Software 1/2 to 1 day TIM is a relatively straightforward product and a good number of our customers install it themselves.  We also have a bundled package which includes installation, training and the first year's maintenance
KVT - Voicemail and Auto-attendant products 1 day This product is slightly more difficult to install as there are often issues with switch integration.  These issues along with exact details of how your system needs to be tailored to your need are normally dealt with on our pre-installation site visit.

 

NETTEL - Customer Service System 2 to 3 days Nettel systems are normally custom designed to integrate with the telephone system and IT network you are already running.  Because of the complexity of the installation, and the diversity of target hardware, we allow a minimum of two days.

One of representatives will always be on site on the day the system goes live to ensure all your operators are competent with the new features.

Remote access is usually thrown in too, meaning you don't have to worry about its upkeep and maintenance.
