Tri-Line is pleased to announce new extended technical support hours effective immediately. Tri-Line's technical support department is now available until 11 p.m. BST, Monday through Friday. Customers can contact us via phone, e-mail or by raising a ticket on-line.
The extended hours are part of our drive to improve responsiveness to all our customers who have requested support for periods outside the standard contract. It's also particularly useful for those overseas, who will benefit from support despite time zone differences!
