We offer general telecomms consultancy services as well as software consultancy specifically related to implementation of a software only solution.

 

General Consultancy

We provide telecommunications audits where we review your existing equipment, then offer advice if we believe this could be used more efficiently or cost effectively.

Where possible we will also advise on the connection of your existing IT infrastructure to make your whole communications system more flexible, and efficient.

Where improvements are identified, we recommend a choice of suppliers from our extensive network of contacts, further ensuring you're getting the best value for money.

 

Software Consultancy

If your needs are not satisfied by an off-the-shelf package, we can send one of our system architects to consult with you,  find out your objectives, provide systems analysis and present to you a proposal for the most appropriate solution.

Again, every step of the way, a choice of suppliers is offered so ultimately you're still in control.

Installation & Maintenance

Installations

We provide on-site installation for our entire product range.  As the products vary in complexity this is usually quoted on a case-by-case basis.

We charge a daily rate for our engineering services.  An accurate written quote can be provided once your actual requirements are determined.  As a rough guide, our normal delivery times per product are listed here:

 

TIM call logging software 1/2 - 1 day  TIM is a straightforward product and a number of our customers install it themselves.  We also offer a bundled package where installation training and the first years maintenance is included in the price, and the first years' maintenance fee is waived when installed by us.

 

KVT Products
(voicemail, auto-attendant, etc.)
1 day This product is slightly more complex since there are often telephone system integration issues.  These, along with exact details of how your system is to be tailored to your needs are normally dealt with on our pre-installation site visit.

 

Nettel 2 - 3 days Nettel systems are normally custom designed to integrate with the telephone system and network you are already running.  Because of the complexity of the installation we allow a minimum of two days.

A system architect is always on hand during the initial stages of system implementation, to ensure your staff are conversant with the whole new setup.

Maintenance

We believe in our products, and as part of our commitment to ensuring the products we sell you continue to provide value long after the installation, we offer maintenance contracts on all of them.  At renewal time, your system is completely re-assessed as though it were a new installation, to check whether the system you originally chose still suits your needs.  Maintenance prices vary according to product, but all include free telephone support on our standard rate telephone number, and most include free on-site visits to correct faults with our equipment.

Voiceovers

We provide professional voiceovers for all prompts on all Voice Messaging Systems.  You have the option of having all prompts recorded by one of your own staff members on site or having them recorded by one of our voiceover professionals off site.  Celebrity voices are readily available, and through our network of international voiceover contacts, prompts are available in most languages.   Pricing varies.

This service applies to our TIM call logging software, or any other solution which relies on telecom carrier prices being accurate.

We provide a minimum of four updates per year to your tariff tables (the databases that hold pricing information), removing the headache of keeping your systems up-to-date with the latest prices and OFTEL-inflicted number changes!

Complete Managed Services

TIM Managed Service

Perhaps you don't want to commit extra resources to the administration of your telecoms management information.   We install the equipment, look after it, and provide all the standard reports and more, on demand, delivered swiftly to your web browser or by e-mail, telephone or post.   These reports can include trunk analysis, call response times, telephone abuse and budget monitoring to name but a few.

General Outsourcing

We're always willing to accept full responsibility for our systems, leaving you to get on with running your business, and if you choose this option, you can be sure we have ready-made contracts with complete Service Level Agreements and full support personnel.
