Software upgrades

Free upgrades to the latest software versions are only available with a support contract.
Those without a valid support contract can upgrade subject to the charges below.

Without support...

You must pay for the use of our Helpdesk services, charged at an hourly rate.

If you don't have the original installation package, we charge an upgrade fee to bring your system up-to-date. This charge is calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price of your system, the cost of which depends on how out-of-date your version is, per the following table:

TIM Professional

An upgrade to TIM Plus or TIM Enterprise must be purchased for any version prior to version

Trade up to a better product

If you out-grow your product or decide in the future that you want more features, you can trade up from one product to the better one by paying only the difference in price.

Of course, you can trial any of our products first, to see what works for you.
